BOOKINGS AND ARRIVALS

What is your standard check-in time?

Our standard check-in time is from 02:00pm, Monday-Sunday. You may request an earlier check-in when making your reservation, but we cannot always guarantee that your room will be ready at this time – particularly if it was booked the previous night. You will however be able to leave your luggage with us until your room becomes available. (Subject to availability).

What is your normal check out time? Can this be extended?

Our normal check out time is at 11.00am, Monday-Sunday. Late check-out is chargeable, Please ask at the hotel for more information. Guests wishing to check out later than 17:00pm will be charged for a full night’s accommodation.

I do not have a credit/debit card – can I still make a hotel booking?

Unfortunately online hotel bookings cannot be made unless a valid card can be provided to secure your reservation. Should you wish to book a room without a card, you can contact us to make a provisional booking. Please note that provisional bookings will automatically be deleted after a certain time period. 

What types of credit/debit card do you accept as payment?

We accept the following cards for payment and booking: Visa, Visa Debit, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?

Individual bookings made for our rooms must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. Rooms booked at special rates may be subject to different cancellation terms and also vary when booked online, so please check your booking confirmation for details.

In the event that you do not arrive or cancel your room with appropriate notice, your credit card will be charged for the first night’s accommodation or as your stated cancellation fee.

HOTEL BEDROOMS

What is the difference between your room types?

Our room types comprise Twin and Double En-Suite rooms. All en-suite rooms are fitted with compact private bathrooms. Twin En-Suite rooms have: two single beds (twin beds), and double rooms with double beds.

Our Standard rooms are with communal bathroom facilities, for more information on our bedrooms please contact the reception desk.

Are pets allowed in your bedrooms?

Pets are not allowed in any of our hotel rooms.

Can I smoke in my bedroom or around the hotel?

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking. Guests found smoking in their rooms will be subject to deep cleaning charges of no less than £100.00.

Do you offer any promotional rates on rooms?

Our room rates are not fixed and vary depending on availability, room type and terms of stay. Guests will be offered our Best Available Rate on availability. Details of our current promotions and packages can be found on our Promotions pages.

FAMILIES AND CHILDREN

Can you put a cot or an extra bed in my room for my children?

Yes, cots are available free of charge for infants aged 2 years and under. (Subject to availability).

We are sorry to say that extra beds cannot be provided in any of our rooms.

Do you have food menus that are suitable for children?

Yes, restaurant can offer a range of children’s menu options upon request. Sample menus can be viewed in our Dine & Drinks section.

 

BUSINESS FACILITIES

Do you charge for WIFI and internet use?

We are pleased to offer free WIFI in all bedrooms and public areas within the hotel. To obtain our WIFI network password, please contact the hotel reception desk.

Does your hotel offer any business services?

We have a public access computers for business usage located in the Reception area, which you can use for internet browsing, printing and email.

Can I use the hotel for business meetings & functions?

Yes, we have a dedicated meeting room and function room area. For detailed descriptions of our meeting rooms and their capacities, please browse our Meetings and Functions pages.

RESTAURANTS AND BAR

Do you have an in-house restaurant?

What time do your restaurant & bar close?

Restaurant closes at 10:00 pm & Bar at 11:00 pm, please do check our Dine & Drinks section for more information on opening and closing times.

PARKING AND TRAVEL

Where are your car parking facilities?

There is FREE parking available in-front and behind the hotel.

Which underground or rail stations are closest to your hotel?

Our nearest underground stations are Harlesden Station & Stonebridge Park (Bakerloo & Over ground lines).

What is your nearest airport?

Our nearest Airport is London Heathrow, Please look on Find us section for more information on public transport from airports.

How much is a taxi to or from the airport?

Taxi fares vary depending on the airport destination, the number of passengers and the proposed time of travel. Please contact the hotel with your travel details to obtain a quote.
